  This Dairy Queen does not sell soft serve ice cream..unbelievable! We went in looking forward to eating Dairy Queens signature soft serve white and creamy ice cream, but instead, they gave us watered down vanilla flavored store-bought ice cream! I actually bought a dipped cone and I turned it upside down and the chocolate shell slid right off! I've never been so disappointed! I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy ice cream here ever!

  Waited 10 minutes for an Ice Cream order. Went back to the counter to ask for my money back. Really wanted to get back on the road. The employee was rude and seemed to want to get into a verbal altercation with me. She told me I had only been waiting 9 minutes and patience was a virtue and I should get some. Really? Drove down the road to Eden DQ. They had my order in my hand and I was out the door in less then 4 minutes .

  The food was great and the service was impressive given the circumstances. They were short staffed and it was during dinner rush hour. The employees working tonight, Saturday August 6th did a great job trying to keep their cool and put up with some rude and inconsiderate people. They kept a professional attitude and took care of the customers as quickly as possible. Good job guys, you made sure that one our dinners for a family reunion wasn't ruined by poor customer service.
